December 29th: Fly from New Orleans to San Diego.
December 31st: Ring in the New Year in California, maybe LA?
January 3rd: Depart from LAX to Auckland on Air China, a 30-hour trip including one layover in Taipei. Copious champagne consumption predicted.
January 5th. Arrive in Auckland. FIGURE OUT LIFE.
